I just hope everything is paid thru legal channels क्यूंकि 500 की गद्दियों को stash करने में बहुत inconvenience हो जाती है आज कल – you know what I mean right ?
Only you have the power to ensure that the world’s crème de la crème are wearing color wrist bands over their diamonds and Patek Philippe to get entry!!
The wedding industry will have a field day henceforth, for yours is now the gold standard each family will aspire to replicate. Some with resources (whether owned or borrowed) will manage and some (which are definitely the majority) will just let things be.
The booming social media is on jet propellers thanks to the wedding – मतलब की इतना content दिया उनको, it has to be seen to believed!! Chintu from Chhindwara is making reels about the imaginary gifts to the newlyweds, Babli from Bhagalpur is making reels on Costumes and Jewelry, Raghav from Rajasthan is gloating over the guest list and yours truly is also writing a post on the wedding.
Amidst all these festivities you managed a perfect PR exercise by feeding the आम जनता – something on the lines of what the Sikhs do as part of their belief i.e. A Langar.
BTW the couple looked radiant and wish them a happily ever after.
To the Entertainers
If the – ‘बेगानी शादी में अब्दुल्लाह दीवाना!!’ had a face u were that.
I mean you guys overshadowed the चाचा-चाचिज़, बुआ – फुफाज़, भाई – भाभिज़, बहन-बह्नोइज़, दूल्हा – दुल्हन के स्कूल कॉलेज के दोस्त!! आप ही आप थे और कोई नज़र ही नहीं आया – हीरे- और पन्ने की सिवा!!
I have a few questions though :
- What was it with ‘Groom Brigade’ and something on these lines embroidered to your clothes? Did u get them made on your own sweet will or were they provided to you to be worn at the बरात?
- All this dancing and singing were altruistic in nature or there was something more?
- How long have you been bum-chumps with the groom to be this friendly with him?
